Chilli with meat


Wash the meat, drizzle, cut into cubes. Peel an onion, cut it into quarters and place it in the bowl of the food processor. Add the peeled garlic and the hot pepper, peeled from the seeds and ribs. Grind the vegetables in a not very small robot, there is no need for the vegetables to become a paste, but they must be finely chopped. In a large wok pan, heat the oil, add the chopped vegetables to the food processor and let them cook, always stirring with a wooden spoon. Over the hardened vegetables add the smoked paprika and the cumin. Stir and leave on the fire until the spices leave their aroma, no more than 1 minute. In the meantime, I chopped the meat in the food processor. I added the minced meat to the other ingredients, I let it cook on the fire and I always mixed it with a wooden spoon to open the meat and cook it evenly.

Add the rest of the ingredients, except the beans and tomato juice. Mix all the ingredients well to blend the flavors and leave on the fire for another 3-4 minutes. At the end we add the tomato juice and let it boil.

The beans were chosen, and washed in time in several waters and boiled. When the beans were boiled for three quarters, I put them in a heat-resistant pot, I used a clay pot, I added over the beans the ingredients previously made in the pan, I mixed them, I put a lid on the pot and I gave the pot in the oven heated to 160 degrees for 1 hour. The food is ready when the beans are completely cooked. We served meat and beans with assorted pickles and homemade bread. May it be useful to you !!
