Break the coconut and shave. If you have no idea how to do it, know that it is very simple. First pierce a coconut in one of the soft parts of the top with a knife and drain all the juice. Take a knife and draw a circular line like an equator, as if you were cutting a walnut in half, then take a hammer, put the walnut on a stable surface and lightly until it cracks. I slammed it into the cement and it broke just as well. Peel off the hard shell with a knife, then take the pieces and gently clean them with a knife. From here it's simple: put the coconut through the small grater.

Rub the butter with 100 g of powdered sugar until it becomes a foam. Beat 100 gr of cream with 50 gr of sugar that you add to the butter, then add all the coconut. Start adding powdered milk until an easy-to-shape composition comes out, which you put in the fridge for about an hour, or in the freezer for a quarter of an hour.

Model the composition as you want: balls, sticks, cubes - they will come out just as good, I hurried so I made them balls. Leave them in the fridge for a while.

Break the chocolate into pieces that you melt on a steam bath, then add 50 ml of cream, to have a fairly liquid consistency, then glaze the candies as you like. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, then eat them. They are very good, they have a creamy consistency due to the fresh coconut, and, in my opinion, they are better than the ones I bought.
