Chinese spring packages
- 1 carrot,
- 1 / 2telina,
- 2 green onions,
- 5 lettuce or Chinese cabbage leaves,
- 1 bell pepper,
- 5 shiitake mushrooms (or if not, mushrooms and good ones),
- a handful of boiled rice noodles (pasta),
- mung bean sprouts;
- bamboo (canned)
- olive oil, sesame (optional),
- soy sauce,
- optional: grated ginger,
- 1 packet of pie sheets,
- 1 egg white.
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Spring packages (Chinese):
Cut the vegetables into long slices. Fry them all in a pan with olive oil and soy. Season with salt and pepper. At the end of everything, add the previously cooked rice noodles. Beat the egg whites separately to grease the edges of the sheet. Prepare a sheet of pie (the Chinese use rice sheets but they break very hard so the Romanians do not have their dexterity, and the pie ones, commercially they are excellent substitutes), put in the corner of the sheet a pile of vegetable mixture . Grease the edges of the sheet with egg white so that it sticks and does not come off when fried and rolls nicely in the form of a package. Fry in hot oil until browned on both sides (2 minutes). Remove from the napkin and serve hot or cold with a sweet or spicy tomato sauce.
